Bowood Hotel Wedding Photography - Gemma and Ellis

Gemma and Ellis had got in touch a few months ago to discuss my bespoke wedding packages. Their special day was to take place at Bowood Hotel and, after chatting through their requirements, we decided that their perfect package consisted of five hours of coverage.

Gemma had decided that she only wanted a very small amount of coverage of her getting ready and, with their speeches taking place before their wedding breakfast, it made sense for me to take my leave once they had started eating.

Of course, packed into those five hours was A LOT!

The ceremony took place outside overlooking the beautiful grounds and, when I arrived, I could not get over how cute their son looked in his uniform - a miniature version of his Dad’s!

After whisking Gemma and Ellis away for some couples photos along the driveway and at the Golden Gates, we headed back to gather their guests for the confetti and the formal group photos.

We even had time to squeeze in a “mock” cake-cutting photo before everyone took to their seats for the speeches. I certainly was amused when Ellis physically dusted off his speech! With the food imminent, I said my goodbyes and left them to their celebrations.
