Terms and Conditions

The term "contracted" is applicable to the Associate Photographer with or without financial compensation as a requisite of the contract in its entirety. All terms herein apply to the Associate Photographer regardless of paid or voluntary contract.

Above named contractor agrees not to solicit any customer past or present of Copper and Blossom Photography, or any guest with whom they have contact during their service of the event listed above. The contractor will NOT distribute any type of advertising or information (website, email address, phone number, etc) for themselves or other businesses except that of Copper and Blossom Photography to any attendee or other vendor at the event. Nor will the contractor attempt to contact the clients, guests or other vendors from the event via writing, email, phone or social networks (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc).

All images taken during the event on the above date will be the property of Copper and Blossom Photography and will remain so indefinitely. Images taken by the contracted associate shooter may be used for their own business in print form immediately after the event and will only be allowed to be shown on the web (website, blog, or social media) after Copper and Blossom Photography has posted final images from the event (approximately 6-8 weeks after the event date) but not before three months of the event date having passed. Any images displayed online by the contractor must have the distinction that they were created while associate shooting for Copper and Blossom Photography.

The contracted Associate Photographer should arrive at the agreed time at the venue in order to scout the location, sync camera times/settings, and become familiar with key persons relating to the event. It is the Contracted Associate Photographer's responsibility to ensure all necessary equipment is present and in solid working order, with adequate batteries, cards and other accessories as required.

The contracted Associate Photographer agrees to follow any and all instructions as required by Copper and Blossom Photography and agrees to provide RAW images to Copper and Blossom Photography through whatever medium and timeline that has been agreed upon.

Any violation of these terms will result in the return to Copper and Blossom Photography of any compensation paid to the contractor as well as forfeiture of the rights to use ANY images from the contracted event for ANY purpose.

I understand and agree to the terms stated above and will conduct myself in a professional manner as a member of the Copper and Blossom Photography team during the event to which I have been contracted.

I confirm that I have read and understood this contract, and I agree to enter into this contract with Kate Southall (Copper and Blossom Photography).
